Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms of use govern the use of STOKES LAW’s website (hereinafter, the “Website”) by any site user.
Consultation of the Website assumes the site user has familiarized itself with these general terms of use in advance, that the site user accepts such general terms of use and that the site user undertakes to comply with the general terms of use.

Article 2 – Fair use

The site user shall not take any action that may alter or disrupt, in any way whatsoever, the normal operation of the Website.

Similarly, the site user shall not engage in any misuse of personal information contained on the Website.

Article 3 – Intellectual property

The site user undertakes to comply with the intellectual property rights inherent in the Website and the content of the Website, irrespective of the nature thereof.
